Mining and Minerals Consulting Partners
We know what a material is worth, how it should come out of the ground, which machine does the cutting, and how it reaches the buyer.
What we do
Two ways we work
Consulting
Market intelligence, mining and extraction practice, minerals knowledge and the trade chain from the deposit to the buyer. Take one part of it or the whole chain.
How we workProducts
Diamond wire, cutting machines and drilling equipment. Specified against your rock and your bench, commissioned on site, and supported with resupply after.

The advice comes from having done the work
We have stood on the face and picked the cut line. We have specified the wire, commissioned the machine and trained the crew. We have sourced coal on one continent and delivered it to a cement plant on another.
That record is what we bring to a site. What worked, what did not, and what each of them cost.
About HalbergWe have worked the deposits
Granite and marble quarries in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, chromite in Balochistan, and a copper project in North Waziristan.
We have moved the material
Iron ore, chromite, quartz, bauxite and white marble to international buyers. Imported coal from South Africa and Indonesia into Pakistan's cement plants.
Reach
Out of Pakistan, into four continents
We work deposits in Pakistan and place the material with buyers in Europe, China, the Middle East and Africa. Coal runs the other way, from South Africa and Indonesia into Pakistan's cement plants.
Our work
Nine projects, end to end
Each one is written up the same way. The site as we found it, what we changed, and what the numbers did afterwards. Read them and you will see how we think before you ever speak to us.

Buner, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
Diamond Blue Granite, Buner
A quarry blasting away its own margin. We stopped the blasting and took block recovery from under 20 percent to above 65.

Balochistan, Pakistan
Chromite Mine, Balochistan
Chromite is straightforward to extract and hard to deliver to specification. We held the same grade, shipment after shipment, for years.
Bulk carrier discharging imported thermal coal at a Pakistani port
South Africa and Indonesia to Pakistan
Imported Coal Supply to the Pakistani Cement Sector
A cement kiln that runs out of fuel is a shut plant. Over years of supply, our customers were never short.

Consulting
The questions owners bring us
What is this material worth and who buys it. Should it leave as block or as slab. Which machine suits this rock. What grade does a contract in China or Italy expect. How does it get to a port, and through it.

Materials
The materials we know
Eight materials we have cut, graded, shipped or bought. What each one is worth, how it should be extracted, and what makes a buyer reject a cargo.
